The streamlined, minimalist forms of the Caravelle console table shine the spotlight on materials and intricate carpentry. With its solid wood frame, the console table is suitable for diverse uses from a stylish TV stand to a coffee table, side table or bench.
The elegant console table forms a stunning group with other pieces in the Caravelle range. Hiort af Ornäs designed the first pieces in the 1950s, adding new products to the range in the following decade. In addition to the console table, the product family includes an upholstered bench, coffee tables in different sizes and two footstools.
The Caravelle console table is available in walnut as well as oak and pale Scandinavian birch.
We have exclusive rights to the manufacture of furniture designed by Carl-Gustaf Hiort af Ornäs. Many of the pieces received their form decades ago. The legacy also continues in Ornäs furniture designed today.
Ornäs furniture is handcrafted at its own workshop in Hollola, Finland, using the finest materials. Each piece is created with respect to the present and future.
