Purpose of the information in the registe
The register is used to maintain the customer relationship, for marketing and customer service purposes, and to deliver orders. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act for the management, maintenance, administration and development of the customer relationship, as well as for possible marketing measures and direct marketing. Customers who have done business in physical stores and online shopping and who have provided their personal data will be connected to the register. The data subject has the right to refuse the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes.
The processing of personal data is based on customer relationship, contractual relationship, explicit consent of the data subject or other legitimate grounds. Personal data may be processed for contractual purposes and other communications with the data subject, in marketing communications, business planning, product development, newsletter sending and information, improving the website user experience, personalizing customer service and advertising, and conducting market and other research and analysis.

Source of registry information
The information in the register is obtained from the customers themselves when they provide their personal information in the store, online store or electronically, and when updating their own information either in the store, on the website, electronically or through customer service.

Ornäs´/ Fasetti’s customer register is treated confidentially. The registry is adequately protected from outsiders by firewalls and other technical safeguards. The register is not kept on paper. Users are bound by professional secrecy. The data in the user register of the e-commerce is stored in the electronic system of the registrar, which is protected. Access to the system requires the entry of a username and password. Only certain pre-defined employees of the registrar have access to and are entitled to use the data contained in the register stored in the system.
Right of inspection
Pursuant to the Personal Data Act, the customer has the right to inspect the information about him or her stored in the register. The request for inspection must be sent in writing to the person responsible for the register.
