TERMS OF DELIVERY

 

Delivery is free of charge in Finland. We process deliveries in order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service info@fasetti.fi or tel. 010-4231000. All Ornäs furniture is made to order at Fasetti Oy. Delivery time is approximately 4-8 weeks depending on the order, order date, holiday season and order quantity.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

The seller is Fasetti Oy. You can pay in our online store via online banking, credit card, Mobile Pay or invoice.

Payment service provide

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the provider of the payment intermediation service and the payment service provider. RETURNS

Each product is made to measure for the customer, and the customer therefore does not have the right to cancel distance sales in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

 

COMPLAINTS

If the delivered goods are defective in any way, the shipment is incomplete, or there is transport / other damage in the delivery, the buyer must notify the seller of the defect immediately upon noticing the defect. Please contact Fasetti Oy’s customer service by e-mail at info@fasetti.f

Write a detailed description of what is wrong with the shipment you received.

Take a picture of the product damage and attach it to the message.

Attach your contact information to the message.
